Ethan
Ethan grew up in Seattle, giving him a firsthand view of how urban landscapes evolve over time and where growth continues. He built on that perspective through graduate studies at the University of Washington and years of learning through hands-on experience and independent study.
Early in his career, while helping underwrite a 38-unit townhome project that later went into receivership, he noticed how small misses in cost tracking and underwriting could quietly compound into major losses. It shaped the way he thinks about real estate: strong projects are not just built on vision, but on disciplined execution.
Later, while working in property management at CBRE, he saw how easily projects can drift when operations, budgeting, and ownership expectations fall out of sync.
Those experiences pushed him toward building better systems and approaching development with a sharper focus on accountability, detail, and long-term value creation.
Outside of work, he spends most of his time training for triathlons, cooking healthy meals, making music, and reading — habits that keep him competitive, curious, and constantly improving.
